about me

With over 20 years as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in Maine, I’ve built my career on compassionate, patient-centered care. i graduated from the university of maine in 2000 with a bachelors degree in nursing and later in 2005 earned my masters degree as a family nurse practitioner.

my career began in women’s health, before moving into primary care pediatrics, urgent care, and wellness focused roles. Along the way i developed expertise in GLP-1 therapy for weight management and became certified in aesthetic treatments like botox and fillers.

as a single mom, i raised two children (now adults) while working long hours, weekends, and holidays often juggling two jobs at a time. that experience shaped my resilience and gave me the determination to follow my dream of starting Sea Me Wellness & aesthetics.

What drives me? Helping patients feel seen, heard, cared for, and empowered-the same way i want to be treated…..The way i have cared for thousands of families over the years.
