Sea Me Wellness & Aesthetics, LLC operates as a telehealth-based medical practice in the state of Maine. We provide non-emergent clinical services by appointment only. By booking an appointment or communicating with us, you agree to the following terms.

• We are not a Primary Care Provider (PCP) and not an emergency/urgent care clinic.
• Services are appointment-based only.
• Patients must be physically located in Maine at the time of telehealth visits.
• Medical care is based on provider evaluation and is not guaranteed to result in prescriptions, diagnoses, or treatment.
• All services follow current licensing and telehealth regulations for the state of Maine.

2. Payment & Fees
• Payment is required at time of booking to confirm your appointment.
• Payment reflects provider time and clinical evaluation — not a guarantee of medication or treatment.
• We do not bill insurance. HSA/FSA receipts may be provided upon request.
• All fees are non-refundable once provider evaluation has begun.

3. Medication Disclaimer
Sea Me Wellness & Aesthetics, LLC does not dispense or sell medications. I am an independently licensed Nurse Practitioner providing medical consultations via telehealth and in person. Patients pay for evaluation, follow-up, and medical care only. If a prescription is appropriate, it is sent to a licensed U.S. pharmacy who handles all dispensing, shipping, and billing.
Medication is not guaranteed.
• Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate.
• All compounded medications are prepared and dispensed solely by licensed U.S. pharmacies.
Sea Me Wellness does not store, ship, or sell medication.
4. Visit Requirements
By booking an appointment, you agree to:
• Participate in follow-up visits as required for safe care
• Provide accurate medical history and health information
• Use telehealth services only while physically located in Maine
• Seek emergency care when appropriate (e.g., 911, ER, urgent care)

• Medical questions must be addressed during scheduled visits, not via text, DM, or messaging.
• Text messaging may be used for scheduling or administrative updates only.

6. No Emergency Services

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
