Sea Me Wellness & Aesthetics is a cash-pay telehealth practice in Maine. All visits are by appointment only and are not billed to insurance.

GLP-1 medications such as tirzepatide and semaglutide help regulate appetite and blood sugar to support safe, effective weight loss when used under medical guidance. Tirzepatide may offer slightly stronger results for some people, while semaglutide has a longer track record and is often more affordable. The best fit depends on your health history and goals.

Prescription Weight loss program

At Sea Me Wellness, I guide patients through the same weight loss journey that I have been on myself — with honesty, safety, and transparency.

Consultations are $150, paid upfront. This fee reflects my time and expertise during your evaluation, even if medication is not prescribed. A consultation is required before beginning any treatment and is non-refundable.

About GLP-1 medications

Both tirzepatide and semaglutide belong to a class of medicines called GLP-1 receptor agonists. They work by lowering blood sugar, slowing digestion, and reducing appetite — which can support weight loss when diet and exercise alone have not worked.

  • Semaglutide (Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Rybelsus®) has been FDA-approved for both type 2 diabetes and chronic weight management.

  • Tirzepatide (Mounjaro®, Zepbound®) is newer and targets two hormones (GLP-1 and GIP), which may make it more effective for some patients.

  • The right choice isn’t about “which is cheaper” — it’s about your medical history, what your body responds to, and what’s safe for you.

Telehealth Visits*

For common concerns such as rashes, sinus infections, pink eye, medication questions, and reassurance visits for children and adults.

  • New Telehealth Visit — $150

  • Simple Refill Visit — $75 (if a full evaluation is required, the $150 rate applies)

Sea Me Wellness provides telehealth services only to patients physically located in the state of Maine at the time of their appointment.

You should not participate in a telehealth visit while driving or operating a vehicle.
