Sea Me Wellness & Aesthetics, LLC is an independently owned medical practice operated by a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). All visits are scheduled by appointment only.

Payment & Billing
• Payment reflects provider time, medical review, and treatment planning.
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice to confirm your appointment.
• We do not bill insurance. HSA/FSA receipts may be available upon request.
• All fees are non-refundable once provider evaluation has begun.

Telehealth Policy
• Telehealth visits are available only to patients physically located in Maine at the time of the appointment.
• A completed clinical visit is required before any medication may be prescribed.
• Medication is not guaranteed and is only ordered if clinically appropriate after medical evaluation and payment have been received.
• Prescriptions, when appropriate, are sent to licensed U.S. pharmacies for dispensing — Sea Me Wellness & Aesthetics is not a pharmacy and does not sell medications directly.
• Follow-up visits may be required for safety and continuation of care.
